My sweethearts, summer is FINALLY here. For a second there, the weather was so terrible I started to wonder whether I was unknowingly in a coma, skipped summer and woke up in October.
No, I’m not a drama queen, what are you on about? Also by the way if you live in England and you’re reading this, I’m sorry, but also I’m not, you’re a free human being, you can decide to move somewhere else.
Anyways enough chit-chat, it’s ice cream o’clock! Below, you will find my very exclusive and precious list of my Top 3 favourite places to grab an exquisite ice cream in Paris.
Glace Bachir
Glace Bachir is not just an ice cream shop; it’s a slice of Lebanon. Known for its organic, traditionally-made ice cream, Bachir has a loyal following. The signature Ashta ice cream, made from fresh milk and topped with crunchy pistachios and a drizzle of orange blossom water, is a must-try. My personal favourite is the Pistacchio and the Apricot.
Trust me, the line snaking out the door is not just for show—it’s for those who know that some things in life are worth the wait.
Glace Bachir – 7 Rue Tardieu 75018 Paris
58 Rue Rambuteau 75004 Paris
Opening hours: Everyday from noon until 10.30 p.m., except Sundays when they closes at 10 p.m.
Berthillon
My inner Parisian is coming out folks: no list of Parisian ice cream shops would be complete without Berthillon. Located on the picturesque Île Saint-Louis, this iconic shop has been serving up scoops of heaven since 1954.
Picture the best vanilla you’ve ever had, then multiply that by a hundred and sprinkle it with a dash of French savoir-faire.
Berthillon
31 rue saint louis en l’ile, 75004, paris
46 Rue Saint-Louis en l’Île, 75004, paris
2 Quai d’Orléans, 75004, paris

Folderol
I kept the best one for last ,baby. Folderol is the brainchild of a sommelier and a pastry chef, combining the best of both worlds: wine and ice cream.
You heard me right! Wine AND ice cream.
This trendy spot offers a unique pairing experience that is as sophisticated as it is fun. Their ever-changing menu includes innovative flavors that often incorporate a touch of wine, making each visit a new adventure.
PS: great place to take someone on a date. It’s cute and you can get tipsy.
You heard me right! Wine AND ice cream.
So, whether you’re a fan of exotic adventures, classic decadence, or sweet alcoholic delirium, Paris’s ice cream scene has something to satisfy every sweet tooth.
Folderol – 10 Rue du Grand Prieuré, 75011 Paris

Man did writing this article made me hungry – or thirsty? Or both? Okay, about to pour myself an affogato espresso martini. This is actually such as brilliant idea, I might just quit my job and open a shop that only serves affogato espresso martinis.
With writing comes brilliant ideas.
