As the Netherlands’ premier startup accelerator, HighTechXL has put on years of demo days and special tech events, brought together thousands of people and gotten dozens of startups funded.
But Beyond Tech on 11 April will be the biggest day yet ….
Beyond Tech is shaping up to be THE premier high-tech conference in the Netherlands as registration opens to regional, national and global startups, investors, corporate partners and community leaders in love with high tech. (See the registration link below.)
We’re bringing together the best in startups-and-corporates synergy at Beyond Tech, a full day of startup events and expert sessions at High Tech Campus Eindhoven’s Conference Center.
This is where the magic happens!
(Editor’s note: Events will run in parallel, with matchmaking sessions running at the same time as expert sessions.)
The day begins with the opening event followed by Part 1 of matchmaking and expert sessions. Part 2 of matchmaking and expert sessions is in the afternoon.
Investor and startup matchmaking is scheduled for 10:15-12:00, and corporate partner and startup matchmaking is scheduled for 13:00-14:30.
Startups will match up with investors and corporate partners for 15 minutes of face-time. The event management platform uses an algorithm to rank matches among the databases, then adds them to your conference agenda.

We’ve lined up 25 Expert Sessions (workshops) featuring high-profile presenters with topics like innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship. Hear the story of Dutch startup Psylaris and their time at Y-Combinator in The Valley, or how imec leverages technology to strengthen the socio-economic backbone of a city. And, like, 23 others.

PITCH COMPETITION SCHEDULE
Ten high-potential startups will compete for SERIOUS prizes. For the Beyond Pitch Competition, we will select 10 dynamic, promising startups in eight Impact Tracks: Healthcare, Smart Cities, Advanced Materials, New Mobility, Industry 4.0 & Advanced Equipment, Energy, Food & Agriculture and Data & Connectivity. Each track will host a jury of entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts representing Track Ambassadors.
Impact Track Ambassadors include ASML, Philips, NTS Group, imec, TomTom, BOM, ABN AMRO, EY, DSM, Here, Accenture and IBM.
The eight juries will select one winner per Impact Track and will award the track prize during the closing at Beyond Tech Showcase.
Impact tracks include healthcare, food and agriculture, new mobility, smart cities, advanced materials, Industry 4.0 & advanced equipment, data & connectivity and energy.
Eindhoven isn’t just another tech hub, and this isn’t just another tech conference
