Reykjavik – Secret Solstice 2018: Secret Solstice starts on the longest day of the year, scheduled for 21 thru 24 June.
The sun never sets in Reykjavik at the summer solstice, so it’s safe to say this will be a round-the-clock party. Secret Soltice, like so many other festivals, mixes new acts and classics. Emerging Belgian DJ Charlotte DeWitte is on the list as well as Bonnie Tyler, who’s been around forever. Other big names include Steve Aoki, Clean Bandit and East London rapper J Hus. But there are at least 50 acts announced for the four days including many from Iceland. So that’s cool.
You can see the full lineup here.
There are also two side events including music in a cave and inside a glacier. You won’t want to miss this. The only downside is that Iceland is one of the most expensive places on the planet, so take plenty of do-re-me.
Tickets start at 175 euros and you can get them here.
