Now everyone has a say in selecting the most innovative startups of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,
Georgia, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine as public voting for EuroAsian Startup
Awards is open. Individuals can vote for nearly 300 startups of the 8 countries in 20 different

Let’s select the best startups of the EaP region, Russia and Turkey
National winners in each country are selected based on the results of the public voting and jury’s
assessment. While juries – recognized regional startup ecosystem stakeholders – are actively assessing
the projects, the public voting period gives the opportunity also for everyone else to vote for their
favourite startups or individuals of the ecosystem to be a national winner.
Anyone can cast their vote until 10 September for nearly 300 startups of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,
Georgia, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine in 20 categories, among others Best
Blockchain Startup, Startup of the Year, Founder of the Year, Best Smart City Startup, Best FinTech
Startup. National finalists are listed and votes can be cast here:
The winners in each category will be announced in September at the online and offline national finales.
The winners will qualify to the regional round, representing their country in their category and the
regional winners will be announced at the EASA 2019 Grand Finale in the end of November.
EASAwards: On the way of integrating the startup ecosystems of a 300 million region
As part of the world’s largest startup competition, EuroAsian Startup Awards aims to find the most
promising local innovations and help them go to the global market, while integrating the startup
ecosystems of the 8 countries. Results so far show that the initiative drew a great attention in the region,
nearly 3000 nominations were reached this year: startups, co-working spaces, investors and other
ecosystem stakeholders have been nominated for taking part in EuroAsian Startup Awards. These
companies were shortlisted by EASA advisors, which resulted in a pool of nearly 300 finalists in the
region, including promising, marketable startups and other stakeholders.
