This translates to the Festival at the End of the World. And it kind of is, held in Parc Naturel Régional d’Armoriqua on a peninsula in the Atlantic in far, far western Brittany.
So this is a vacation and a place to hear everything from jazz to French folk music.
You can see the full lineup here.
Bout du Monde is a world-music festival run by a cooperative, and unlike most of the events/destinations here is family friendly, with space dedicated to kids and the adults who mind them.
The festival runs from 3 to 5 August, and the big name is Rag’n’Bone Man. French rapper/reggae star Naâman will also be there. But most of the acts are lesser knows from around the world – literally. We count 21 countries represented including Côte d’Ivoire, Israel-Ethiopia, Serbia and of course, world-music hub Senegal.
Tickets start at 35 euros, and you can get them here.
