    As a key member of Team Marketing, you will participate in the development of the traffic, the notoriety for Back Market and the attraction, conversion and retention of Backers (Back Market customers) in France and in all countries where we are present (Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, USA today – Other countries coming soon). In our Parisian office located in the 19th arrondissement between Rosa Parks and La Villette, you will work in close collaboration with our sales and technical teams, a group of passionate professionals committed to the promotion of refurbished products market.
    As part of a job opening, Léa, our CRM / PRM Manager, is looking to strengthen her team for the opening of Back Market in GERMANY, AUSTRIA, NETHERLANDS, North BELGIUM, POLAND.
    Descriptif de poste
    You will monitor customer experience across channels to increase brand loyalty (email, SMS, mobile notifications) ;
    You will plan and execute CRM campaign calendar and be responsive for retention campaigns from conceptualization to analysis ;
    You will enhance segmentation and manage database health to ensure deliverability and IP reputation are at targeted levels and make sure any actions for improvement are completed ;
    You will review and learn from database growth activity to analyse results in order to constantly learn, test and improve ;
    You will continuously benchmark market competitors to define customer behaviour and industry best practice ;
    You will update and distribute weekly status reports and daily sheets, input project data ;
    You will support the CRM Manager in building detailed customer forecasts, segmentation strategy and achieving customer KPIs.
    Profil recherché
    Native Dutch or Flemish, English is a no brainer for you and you have 2-3 years experience as a CRM Coordinator, preferably in BtoC;
    You control customer retention tactics;
    You have an entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind and a desire to surpass yourself;
    You like data and you have excellent analytical skills, you know attribution models;
    Small : you now how to handle push notifications tools
    You are creative and have excellent written and verbal communication skills ;
    You already used a CRM campaign implementation tool ;
    You are able to work independently, possess drive and initiative ;
    You are curious about new trends and practices around customer loyalty;
    Team spirit is essential for you.
