    Au sein de notre service clients, vos missions consistent à :

    • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et e-mails des clients et prospects Néerlandais,
    • Résoudre les problèmes des clients en leur apportant la réponse la plus adaptée,
    • Veiller au respect de la qualité de service,
    • Renseigner les dossiers clients,
    • Assurer une excellente qualité de service,
    • Apporter des idées d’amélioration continue pour augmenter la satisfaction client.

    Cette liste n’est pas limitative et pourra être amenée à évoluer en fonction de l’activité. (nouvelles missions, back up sur un autre pays,…)

    Within our customer Delight team,
    Your tasks will include :

    Responding to telephone calls and emails from our customers and future customers in Dutch,
    Resolving customer’s issues giving the most adapted answer,
    Ensuring a high quality service,
    Completing the customers’ file,
    Using our system to handle customer’s issues, following up on customer cases
    Bringing new ideas in order to increase our customer satisfaction.

    This list isn’t exhaustive and may evolve depending on the activity (extra mission, give an hand for another country, …)
    Profil recherché

    • Sens du service client
    • Bonne orthographe, bonne élocution
    • Aptitude à utiliser les outils informatiques
    • Sympathique et ouvert
    • Rigoureux et dynamique
    • Vous parlez couramment Néerlandais !

    Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, réactif, exigeant et fun ? rejoignez-nous !

    You are a fluent Dutch speaker
    Ideally, you speak and write fluently in French or a second language,
    You have a good sense of customer service, you are a good writer, have good communication skills, and have a high level of IT skills (Microsoft Office Tools, internet, etc.)
    You are nice and open
    Rigorous and dynamic
